The TeraCare Project
This year the Camp*aign unveiled a ground-breaking new program, the TeraCare project: a low cost, superior-quality child development/daycare program for at-risk children aged 0 to 6. Unlike many existing programs, the TeraCare model is designed to be neighborhood-centered, situated directly in areas throughout the U.S. where the need is greatest.
